• 2 weeks minimum to 12 months for leasing
• Credit card required at time of booking to guarantee. Prepayment of 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent required at time of check in. Then payment taken fortnightly for the proceeding 2 weeks.
• Cancellation charge is one night cancellation charged if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival. After check in 7 days notice is required for an early check out any amount held after this time will be refunded eg. Guest has pre paid 2 weeks and provides 7 days notice that they are checking out early we refund one weeks prepayment. 
• $250 penalty fee, per occasion, for smoking.
