Changes and cancellations: Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival, subject to availability. Bookings
cancelled at any time and up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival will result in the loss of the deposit (10% of booking total). Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will incur a 1-night penalty charged to your credit card.Refer to your booking confirmation for non-accommodation bookings (tours and packages) cancellation policy. Contact the accommodation provider directly to make changes or to cancel your booking using contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

At the Arts Factory Lodge, it is important to us that our international guests leave our hostel (and Byron Bay) satisfied that we have their interests at heart. We measure our success with their feedback, to ensure we constantly deliver a warm, inviting and safe environment for the traveler. For these reasons we DO NOT accept group bookings for bucks nights, hens nights, footy trips or schoolies or persons under 18 years of age.
