A cancellation can be made free of charge, no later than 24 hours before the expected arrival time. ATTENTION: Bookings made coinciding with Trade fairs can be cancelled, no later than 4 weeks before the expected check-in date, free of charge. Where cancellations are made after this deadline we will be obliged to charging a fee equivalent to 100 % of the total rental costs. Where a subsequent reduction of the duration of stay resolves in being less than the confirmed minimum period, the price category which is appropriate to the new duration will be invoked and invoiced.
