For reservations with Semi-Flexible rates, the time limit for free booking cancellation shall depend on the total duration of the stay initially booked. Free cancellation:

For all stays between ten and 27 nights: up to 12 noon, 7 (seven) days before arrival.

Beyond these time periods, the property manager shall apply a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the full stay and therefore shall not refund the deposit.

ii. In the event of partial cancellation of a booking after the arrival date (early departure), the property manager shall apply a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the full stay and therefore shall not refund the deposit.
