The Uniplaces One-time Service Fee is non-refundable. The cancellation policy is only applied to the 1st rent's payment. Uniplaces is not liable for any refund of the holding deposit. In case of cancellation, the accommodation provider has the final decision regarding the refund of the holding deposit.
