Full 1st rent's payment refund up to 60 days prior to contract start. The cancellation policy applicable to each listing is selected by the landlord. The Uniplaces One-time Service Fee is non-refundable. The cancellation policy is only applied to the 1st rent's payment. Uniplaces is not liable for any refund of the holding deposit. In case of cancellation, the accommodation provider has the final decision regarding the refund of the holding deposit.
