25/26 Reservation Cancellation Policy Statement: 

If your visa is refused, please contact the supplier within 48 hours of receiving the refusal notice, before 00:00 GMT on August 1, 2025, and provide relevant documentation. After verifying the documents, the supplier will refund the full pre-paid rent and deposit.

After 00:00 GMT on August 1, 2025: You must contact the supplier within 48 hours of the official refusal notification and provide official refusal documents. You may transfer your lease according to the contract terms, and the supplier will waive all transfer fees for this situation.

This policy applies only to tenants who meet the following conditions. Other tenants must fulfill the original contract:

1.The visa refusal was not due to the tenant's own fault.

2.The formal tenancy agreement has been signed and rent and deposit have been paid on time, with no overdue fees.

3.The lease start date is after September 1, 2025.

4.The tenant has not yet collected the keys.
