1. Cooling-off period: You can cancel your booking within 5 days of signing the tenancy agreement, provided you haven't already moved in.

2. Post-cooling off: If you need to cancel after the 5-day period, you can do so if specific circumstances apply, like a visa refusal or not meeting university entry requirements. You must provide the necessary documentation (e.g., UCAS notification or visa refusal) within 72 hours.

3. Transfer of tenancy: If you find someone else to take over your tenancy, Property Supplier allows you to transfer the agreement. However, they'll need to verify the new tenant's eligibility before making the switch.

4. No Visa, No Pay: If you don’t get your UK visa, or if it is refused, you can cancel your booking after the cooling-off period. Just provide the necessary visa refusal documentation within 72 hours of receiving it.

5. No Place, No Pay: If you don’t meet the required grades for your university, you can also cancel after the cooling-off period, provided you send your UCAS notification or evidence of not meeting the grades within 72 hours.
