No Visa No Pay
if you don't get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 48 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 1 September 2025.
No Place No Pay
If you fail to achieve the required qualifications and are not admitted to a university, you will need to send us a rejection letter from the university or demonstrate that your exam results do not meet the university's requirements. You must send these supporting documents to us within 48 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until September 1, 2025.
Please send your request and relevant official supporting documentation to the appropriate program's email. If you fail to provide the necessary information within 48 hours, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) prepaid rent and (ii) one week's license fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy (England) -
Once you have paid your holding deposit and you have been allocated a room, then should you
decide to cancel then the holding deposit is non refundable.
If you have paid the holding deposit and signed the license agreement then you will be held to the
terms of the license until a replacement licensee is found.
If you rebook a room for a subsequent year and your deposit is carried forward, and then you decide
to cancel this booking then the deposit will be withheld.
